Kathy Holdaway is Chief Vision Officer bringing a big picture talent honed from her career as a partner with over 150 businesses in a range of business practices. Kathy’s professional portfolio in the Fortune 100 pharmaceutical industry includes leading high performance management teams across multiple geographies and the United States. As an award winning Sales Executive at Merck & Co. Inc, Kathy directed the transition team through a series of mergers and acquisitions with Merck, Bristol-Myers Squibb and STERIS.
Kathy’s certification with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council led to her to earn recognition as a Certified Targeted Selection Interview professional. Her expertise in Revenue planning, Gap Analysis and Strategic Marketing series as catalyst for her breakthrough design of her forthcoming, market tested, Leadership Development and Mindset Mastery program for women business owners and entrepreneurs. Her expertise in the Healthcare and Bio-tech industries has earned her numerous awards and recognition and a Sales leader in her field. She is a skilled recruiter, trainer, leader, coach and master executive management consultant.
As Chief Relationship Officer, Heather Quesenberry brings her unique talent in comprehending the dynamics of corporate relationships and the inherent needs of a diverse population of employees, management styles and motivation.
Heather is a Human Resource and Compensation Professional with a background in management and consulting at Pharmaceutical and Fortune 50 companies. As an HR Business Partner at Boehringer-Ingelheim, Heather managed the recruiting process for up to 70 active openings within the Central Functions and Prescription Medicines businesses. At Boehringer, Heather also worked as a Compensation Specialist, where she reviewed the salaries of individual positions and developed a new salary structure for the U.S.
In her previous roles, Heather worked as an International Compensation Consultant at ORC Worldwide in New York, New York. She also managed an Expatriate population of over 300 employees as a Global HR Manager at GE Medical Systems in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Heather received her MBA in Human Resources from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York, and her Bachelor’s Degree in German and History from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts. Heather holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. She is fluent in German and conversational in Hungarian.
Mark Thabet is an attorney at law and is a member of Thabet Law Office, PLLC. Mr. Thabet focuses his practice in corporate law, contract law, complex and commercial litigation, and real estate. Mr. Thabet has handled cases throughout New York’s state and federal courts. Mr. Thabet was involved in significant cases including New York City Asbestos Litigation and World Trade Center Disaster Site litigation.
Mr. Thabet received his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University Lubin School of Business. Mr. Thabet is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the four U.S. District Courts in New York.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Thabet held several marketing and management positions. Mr. Thabet was the Manager of Client Services at Work In America Institute, Inc., Vice President of Banking and Insurance at Institute for International Research, Inc. and Project Manager at SmartChannels, LLC. Mr. Thabet also has extensive experience working with non-profit organizations. Mr. Thabet served as a Treasurer and committee member of several organizations.
